TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Advance payments
1) We have tried to give all the relevant information on our website about the services we will deliver. No claim can be made on the grounds that a service was not provided, a service which we have not mentioned on our website.
2) Advance payments once submitted will not be refunded in any circumstances
3) Advance payments that is to be submitted in instalments should be submitted on time.
4) Failure to pay Advance payments may lead to expulsion
5) We are not responsible for any glitch during online transactions
6) In case of any medical emergency, we will pay only the consultation fees. Rest of the charges will have to be paid by Tourist.
Note : the decision of what is minor and what is not rests with the Hotels Staff.
